CANCELLATION POLICY
The time we set aside for your personalised appointment is very valuable to us.
We ask that you please give 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
No shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, with an appointment longer then 30 minutes, may be charged 50% of their appointment cost to recover the time lost.
If you are unwell or cannot make your appointment, you may elect to send a friend to utilise the appointment time.
