CANCELLATION POLICY

The time we set aside for your personalised appointment is very valuable to us.
We ask that you please give 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling  your appointment.
To recover time lost due to late cancellations you may be charged 20% of your appointment cost.
cancellations with less than 12 hours notice may be charged 50% of their appointment cost.
No shows will be charged 100% of their appointment cost.
If you are unwell or cannot make your appointment, you may elect to send a friend to utilise the appointment time.
